The warranty obligations of Nova Elements LLC. (“Nova Elements”) for this product are limited to a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase and are subject to the terms set forth below:

What is Covered

This limited warranty covers verifiable defects in materials and workmanship encountered during normal residential use of the product. Our commitment is to ensure that your bathroom sanctuary is built on a foundation of quality and durability.

What is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from:

  • Improper Handling: Alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect.

  • Environmental Exposure: Exposure to excess moisture (such as flooding), fire, or other acts of nature.

  • Logistics: Improper packing and shipping (all such claims must be presented directly to the freight carrier).

  • Professional Installation: Damage resulting from the installation or removal of the product, unauthorized tampering, or repairs attempted by anyone not authorized by Nova Elements LLC.

  • General Exclusions: Any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of the product.

Without limiting any other exclusion herein, Nova Elements LLC. does not warrant that the technology and/or integrated hardware included in the product (such as LED components) will remain compatible with future third-party products or technologies.

How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team within the warranty period. You will be required to provide proof of purchase (order number) and clear photographic or video evidence of the reported defect.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Nova Elements LLC. under this limited warranty shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Elements LLC. is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition.
