Nova Elements LLC – Terms & Conditions
1. General
By purchasing from Nova Elements LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all online and in-store purchases of bathroom vanities, freestanding tubs, shower pans, and related products.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most new and unused items in original packaging.
Installed or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to approved returns.
Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns caused by our error (incorrect or defective item) will have return shipping covered by Nova Elements LLC.
Non-Returnable Items:
Installed vanities, tubs, or shower pans
Clearance or discontinued items (final sale)
Custom or special-order products
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Typical timeline:
Return transit: 5–10 business days
Inspection & processing: 3–5 business days
Bank processing: 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped or picked up.
Once an order has shipped or been picked up, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return if eligible.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the contiguous United States only.
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after shipment (not guaranteed).
All large items ship via freight with curbside delivery only.
Customers are responsible for moving items inside the property.
Important:
An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for delivery.
Missed delivery appointments may result in return shipping fees deducted from your refund.
6. Inspection & Damages
Customers must inspect all items within 48 hours (2 business days) of delivery.
Any damage, defects, or missing parts must be reported within this timeframe.
Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt when possible.
Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement or claims.
We strongly recommend opening and inspecting all products immediately upon arrival.
7. Pickup Orders
Pickup is available for select items only (confirmation required).
Customers must present a valid order confirmation or packing slip.
Items must be inspected at pickup.
Once an item is picked up and signed for, it is considered received in good condition.
Nova Elements LLC is not responsible for damages after pickup.
8. Shipping Limitations
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders shipped or transported by the customer outside our delivery network are not covered by warranty or return policy.
9. Delivery Conditions
All deliveries are curbside only.
Delivery carriers cannot enter homes, garages, or private areas due to liability restrictions.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, logistics, or carrier delays.
Nova Elements LLC is not responsible for project delays or costs caused by shipping delays.
10. Bulk & Special Orders
Bulk or container orders may have different terms, including:
Custom pricing
Extended lead times
Limited or no return eligibility
Please contact us directly for bulk purchasing agreements.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products.
Nova Elements LLC does not cover:
Improper installation
Misuse or neglect
Damage after delivery or pickup
