Trade Program for Designers & Contractors

NOVA-ELEMENTS supplies modern bathroom vanities to interior designers, architects, contractors and boutiques across Tampa Bay and the lower 48 states. We sell furniture, not installation, so we are a supplier to your project rather than a competitor for it.

Who the program is for

Registered businesses that specify or install bathrooms for clients: interior designers, architects, remodeling and general contractors, builders and boutiques. Terms are set per account after a short conversation, because the right arrangement depends on how and how often you buy.

What trade buyers get

  • Stock you can quote against. Our vanities are held in our Tampa warehouse, not made to order. We confirm real quantities before you specify.
  • Complete sets. Every vanity includes the cabinet, countertop, integrated basin and a matching LED mirror (CE, SAA or UL certified depending on the model), shipped fully assembled. There is nothing to source separately and nothing to build on site.
  • Local pickup in Tampa. Collect on the day the site is ready instead of waiting for a freight appointment. Pickup is confirmed with us in advance.
  • Free freight across the lower 48. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days from order, with complimentary shipping insurance.
  • Client showroom visits. Bring clients to see finishes in person at 8504 E Adamo Dr #117, Tampa, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, by appointment. Tell us which models you want to show and we will have them ready.
  • Full specifications. Widths from 30 to 71 inches, depths of 16 to 20 inches, materials, basin types and mirror certifications for every model are on each product page and in our trade guide.

The range

Ten vanities from the 30-inch ASPEN to the 71-inch MALDIVES and CAPRI, in natural oak, dark walnut, matte black, white and beige-gray. Nine are wall-hung; the 59-inch MALIBU is floor-standing. Browse all vanities, the small vanities for secondary bathrooms, or the double vanities for primary suites.

How to open a trade account

Email nova.elements.contact@gmail.com or call 813-621-9396 with your business name, your tax ID and the type of projects you work on. If you have a project with a fixed completion date, include it and we will plan stock and delivery backwards from that date.

We do not publish trade rates, because the right terms depend on your volume and how you buy. It is worth a call before your first project order rather than after.
