Specifying a vanity for a client is a different problem from choosing one for yourself. The finish matters less than whether the piece is genuinely in stock, whether it will arrive inside a build program, and whether it can be collected on a day that suits the site rather than the carrier. This page answers the questions contractors and designers actually ask us.
Can I buy bathroom vanities for a client project?
Yes. We supply contractors, interior designers and boutiques as well as homeowners, and a large share of our orders go into renovation projects rather than into single bathrooms. To be clear about what we are: NOVA-ELEMENTS sells bathroom furniture. We do not carry out renovations, so we are a supplier to your project rather than a competitor for it.
That separation is worth stating because a lot of vanity retailers in Florida also sell installation, which complicates the relationship when you are the installer. Our involvement ends at the loading dock or the curb. What we can do is hold the specification detail on all 10 vanities, priced $995 to $2,740, confirm real stock before you quote, and give you a delivery window you can put in a program with confidence. The full range lists dimensions, materials and finishes for every model in the catalog.
How does the trade program work?
We run programs for interior designers, contractors and boutiques. Getting set up means contacting us with your business details and your tax ID, after which we can discuss terms for your account. It is a conversation rather than an online form, because the right arrangement depends on how you buy.
We deliberately do not publish rates or volume tiers on this page, because a number printed here would be wrong for half the people reading it. What we can say is that the program exists, that it is open to trade buyers with a registered business, and that it is worth a call before your first project order rather than after. Email nova.elements.contact@gmail.com with your business name and tax ID, or call 813-621-9396 during showroom hours and we will set it up from there.
Is anything on special order, and how many units can I get?
Nothing is on special order. Every model we list is held in the warehouse, ready to ship or collect, with stock of all 10 models held in Tampa. Live quantities appear on each product page, and they reflect what is physically on a rack in Tampa rather than a nominal figure.
For project work this is the most useful fact on the page. A special-order vanity introduces a lead time you cannot control, and it is the classic cause of a bathroom sitting finished except for one piece. Typical stock levels suit a multi-bathroom house or a small multi-unit job; for a larger development, check quantities with us first. If you need more of one model than is showing, contact us before you specify and we will tell you honestly whether it can be covered. Where one model cannot cover a whole project, matching two models from the same finish family is usually the cleaner answer.
How far ahead should I order for a project schedule?
Allow 7 to 15 business days from order to delivery, depending on distance from Tampa. In calendar terms that is roughly two to three weeks. Ordering earlier costs nothing, because the stock already exists and nothing is being manufactured for you.
Build the vanity into the program at the point the bathroom is watertight and the walls are ready, not at first fix. Bear in mind that the 1-year warranty runs from the date of purchase rather than the date of installation, so ordering 6 months early spends half the term before first use. Three to four weeks ahead of the install date is the sensible window. If a date slips, tell us and we can usually hold the order rather than dispatch it into an unfinished site.
Can I collect the vanities on my own schedule?
Local pickup is available at our Tampa location, which lets you take delivery on a day the site is ready rather than on a day the carrier chooses. Pickup applies to selected items and needs confirming with us first, so call before you plan a collection run around it.
This is the main practical advantage of buying from a supplier with a physical warehouse in the area. Freight delivery is curbside and scheduled by the carrier, which is workable for a homeowner and awkward for a site with a sequence to keep. Collection removes both problems. Bring a valid order confirmation or packing slip and a vehicle that fits the crate. Inspect at pickup: once an item is collected and signed for, it is considered received in good condition, and responsibility for damage passes to you at that point.
Does fully assembled save time on site?
Substantially. Every vanity arrives with the cabinet built, the countertop fitted, the basin in place and the drawers hung on their soft-close slides. Your installer hangs it and connects it. There is no assembly stage, no flat-pack components to lose, and nothing to build in a room too small to build in.
On a multi-bathroom job the saving compounds, because the assembly time you are not paying for repeats on every unit. 9 of our 10 models are wall-hung and fix into studs, with the finished countertop set between 32 and 36 inches from the floor. Drawers arrive hung and adjusted: 1 on the MONACO, 2 on the TULUM, 6 on the MALDIVES. Only the MALIBU stands on the floor. Countertops arrive pre-drilled for a standard faucet, so no stone cutting is needed on site and no specialist tooling has to be brought in. The FAQ page covers mounting detail.
Can I bring a client to the showroom?
Yes, and it is the fastest way to close a finish decision. Our showroom at 8504 E Adamo Dr #117, Tampa, FL 33619 is open Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and visits are by appointment. Clients can see finishes under real light and open the drawers themselves.
One caution worth knowing before you bring someone: the display rotates, so the specific model you want to show may not be on the floor that day. Call 813-621-9396 first and we will tell you what is currently set up, and where possible we can make sure the piece you want to present is out. A client who has stood in front of a cabinet rarely reopens the decision later, which is worth an hour of everyone's time on a project of any size and tends to prevent a change of mind at second fix.
What certifications do the LED mirrors carry?
Every vanity ships with a matching LED mirror included, and all 10 carry 1 of 3 certifications, CE, SAA or UL, depending on the model. The certification held by a specific mirror is listed on its product page, so you can record it in a specification package before you order.
If a project requires a particular certification, check the model page or ask us before specifying, because the answer varies across the range rather than applying uniformly. Mirrors are not sold separately and are not an optional extra, so there is no separate lighting line to price or coordinate. For a designer this removes a common failure point, where a mirror sourced independently does not match the cabinet width or proportion. Compare widths and basin layouts across the double vanity range, 3 models at 59 to 71 inches with 2 basins each, when planning a shared bathroom.
